When you submit our interest form, you provide:

• Whether you're a team or organization
• Your team name, sports, and roster size
• Contact info (name, email, phone)

We use this data solely to contact you and guide you through mockups, ordering, and fulfillment. We may call, text, or email you. If you'd rather not receive marketing communications, let us know at [email protected].

4. Offline Order Process

• Consultation: We'll discuss products, quantities, pricing, and timelines.
• Mockups: Our art team creates design proofs based on your feedback.
• Approval: Once you sign off on mockups, we set up your ordering store on Inksoft.
• Ordering & Payment: You place a final order, we send an invoice, and you pay in full before production.
• Production & Delivery: We produce your items and arrange shipment or pickup

Because much of this occurs off-Site, these Terms cover only your use of our Site and interest form.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content—text, graphics, logos, templates, and software—is owned or licensed by Versus Sportswear and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use only. Any other use (republishing, selling, modifying) requires our written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

• "AS-IS" Basis: The Site is provided "as-is" and “as-available.” We don't promise it's error-free or uninterrupted.
